After more than 30 years of service in the U.S. Army—leading, deploying, and navigating some of life’s toughest challenges—I found myself searching for something different. Like many people, I reached a point where life felt heavy. Career pressures, personal struggles, and the weight of responsibility can take their toll.
And somewhere along the way, I rediscovered something simple… but powerful.
